Which businesses can partner with CODQ?
CODQ is designed for UAE-based software companies, AI service providers, digital product businesses and authorised resellers. Each prospective partner will be assessed against business verification, product suitability and distribution requirements.
Which products and services will the platform support?
The proposed platform will support recurring software subscriptions, provider-specific AI credit packages and eligible one-time digital products. Product availability will be subject to review and the relevant reseller or distribution agreement.
What is CODQ’s role in the transaction?
CODQ is being developed as a reseller and software commerce platform, with payment processing provided through a payment service provider. Contracting, invoicing, customer support and refund responsibilities will be defined in the applicable partner and customer agreements.
How will fees and partner settlements be structured?
Platform fees, reseller margins, settlement schedules and any applicable deductions will be disclosed in the commercial agreement. These arrangements will be confirmed before a partner’s products become available for purchase.
How will subscriptions and purchased credits be delivered?
Fulfilment will be agreed with each provider and may involve direct activation, licence delivery or an approved integration. Activation timelines, service responsibilities and customer support procedures will be documented before launch. Credit balances will remain specific to the relevant service provider.
When will the marketplace become available?
The CODQ marketplace is currently in development. Launch information and product availability will be announced once partner onboarding and the purchasing experience are ready.
